Machine Demonstration:
The EDM Milling feature allows the machine to EDM the required geometry from the imported NC file. The NC file is the cutter path created by a CAD CAM system. The function to EDM mill is controlled by a special G-Code which moves the X, Y, and W Axes simultaneously based on the coordinates from the NC file.
This EDM Drill also features a programmable water level. The water level is programmed to move with the part so that the machine head is not submerged.
