Machine Demonstration:
Production application ZNC sinker with one button cycle start. Machine is built with a fixed table, having no X or Y motion, and utilizes die-set fixturing. Work piece is loaded, and part sensing circuit detects if the part is loaded correctly. The work tank rises, a fast fill pump fills in 30 seconds, and drains in 2 seconds.
