Machine Demonstration:
Simulated Lock Wire Hole demonstration. The machine features Soft Spark Technology which gradually increases amperage to improve stability and hole quality. The controller features One Button Cycle Start which will automatically detect the surface with the electrode, set zero, start the high pressure pump, ramp up cutting power, cut to depth, and retract. Standard Auxiliary I/O allows the ability to integrate ancillary devices such as rotary tables, indexers, and work piece handling systems.
